Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.
You’ll play a vital support role within our financial planning team, assisting in the preparation of client reports, research, and administrative processes, with the opportunity to develop in-depth knowledge of the financial planning profession.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Support the paraplanning and adviser team with administrative tasks
Prepare and format client-facing reports and documentation
Conduct product and provider research using industry tools and systems
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems
Liaise with providers and clients to obtain relevant information
Ensure all work complies with company procedures and regulatory standards
Assist with diary management, meeting preparation and follow-up tasks
Attend internal training sessions and complete apprenticeship coursework
Learn about key financial planning topics such as pensions, investments, and protection products
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment
What we’re looking for:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Future Prospects:
Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent role and the opportunity to progress towards a Level 4 Paraplanner qualification or similar financial services pathway.
