Brief overview of the role

Bear Estate Agents need a Customer Service Apprentice to help them keep on top of tasks throughout the company. The successful applicant will be acting as a point of contact for all incoming and outgoing customer enquiries. Working across all teams within the business.

 

Vacancy Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replying and drafting professional emails to clients
  • Working alongside the Sales Progression and Lettings Teams as customer support on the phone
  • Interacting with customers on social media
  • Contacting venders and solicitors
  • Completing data collection
  • General Office tasks

 

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • General IT skills and the ability to confidently use a computer
  • Experience of using Microsoft programmes
  • Knowledge of how to draft a professional email

Personal qualities

  • Responsible and mature attitude
  • Outgoing personality
  • A people person

Desired qualifications

  • Qualified to a GCSE or equivalent level

Future prospects

  • You may be considered for a permanent position dependent on your performance after the apprenticeship has been completed

Training

Training provider - RM TRAINING (UK) LIMITED

Training to be provided

  • The APPRENTICESHIP programme will last for 13 months and you will achieve Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner, Functional Skills in maths and English and ICT (if required)
  • You will be based in the employer’s office so you gain 13 months’ office based training.
