Clacton Estate & Lettings Agent - Looking For Two Viewing Assistant Apprentices 

We are looking for two confident individuals to join a leading estate and letting agent in Clacton-on-Sea. Strong communication skills and good timekeeping are a must.

You will be completing a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 alongside your daily duties which the company will allocate upto six hours 'off the job training' time to complete your apprenticeship.

Full Description of Vacancy

• Accompany viewings with prospective clients
• Dealing with telephone enquiries and email leads
• Registering enquiries and arranging appointments
• Follow-up enquiries
• Working as part of a team and assisting other team members
• Canvassing and self-generating business
• Any other duties as deemed necessary

Working Week:

Monday – Thursday 08:30 am until 6:00 pm
Friday 08:30 am until 5:00 pm
Saturdays 09:00 pm until 5:00 pm (rota)
