Customer Service Executive

We are currently looking to expand our team in our Chelmsford office. The role will be office based and the day to day role will include:
Responding to customer Enquiries
Responding to inbound questions via phone, email, or chat.
Resolving customer issues
This can include resetting customer passwords, booking and engineer visit or assisting with technical issues.
Processing orders
Processing new orders via phone and email. Helping to prepare and fulfil orders.
Device Programming
Setting up tracking and camera devices
Device Commissioning
Taking inbound calls from engineers who are 'Commissioning' a service or product.
Collaborate with others
This can include working with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
General Administration
Updating records in our CRM system and keeping systems up to date.
